2010 Glass Fusion Classes
Make a glass dish and a piece of jewelry each class!
Classes run:
Monday & Wednesday: 7 - 9 PM
Sundays: 4 - 6 PM
$49 includes your first class and your completed project
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
1. SAFETY Glass is sharp. We will cover all of the safety factors you
will need to know when working with glass
2. TYPES OF GLASS Discover the different types of glass, how and when
to use them (Bases, Opaque, Transparent, Stingers, Rods, Noodles and Frit)
3. TOOLS OF THE TRADE Learn the difference between these tools:
- Cutter,
- Nipper,
- Breaker-grozer Pliers,
- Runner Pliers,
- Cutting Grid.
4. REVIEW OF FUSING Learn the difference between a Full Fuse and a Slump
/ Draping fuse.
5. UNDERSTAND how the pricing works
6. REVIEW the Clayground Project Guide Book

Seating limited to 7 students per class.
Minimum age for Glass Fusing is 17 years old - or 11 years old with an adult.
Registration is required along with a $20 deposit.
